A self-made entrepreneur, national personal branding expert and experienced image specialist, Brandi Kamenar understands the significance of establishing a focused personal and professional trademark.  She will tell you she “looks, speaks, and lives” her own brand and image as they embody who she ‘is’ in every aspect of her life.  Often referred to a visionary in personal branding and image management, Brandi is an award-winning and pedigreed branding connoisseur who thrives in­­ helping others realize their own best self.

Creative with strong business acumen and work ethic, Brandi excelled at the University of Pittsburgh and the International Academy of Design while focusing on marketing, business management, and fashion merchandising.  She later acted as Marketing Director and then as VP of Marketing for Image Depot Custom Logo Products, her family business.  While on board, revenues skyrocketed from $300,000 to $2.3 million, annually, while successfully serving national corporations, universities and prestigious sporting organizations.

Outside of office doors, her svelte figure, flowing blonde locks, radiating confidence and love of fashion earned her scores of glamorous professional modeling jobs, including appearances on magazine covers and editorial spreads.  Naturally, being a model in demand meant ensuring her body, face, and hair remained in peak condition.  Carefully managing her image even then, she dedicated herself to making her assets the best they could be, as this was her personal brand requirement.

As she moved on to found Icon B. Marketing & Publicity Group in October of 2007, she quickly recognized that her model image could not properly communicate the tone needed to earn the trust and respect of high-level CEOs and organizations needing expert help in reaching critical branding, public relations and marketing success.  Once again, Brandi evolved her personal brand and image to speak more appropriately to this sophisticated target audience.  A new haircut, wardrobe and a few added pounds sculpted her evolving business brand, which led to countless client successes, multiple prestigious business awards, and enhanced credentials and abilities.

V. Michael Eitler III

COO and CFO

Mike Eitler, the acting COO and CFO of Icon B. Marketing & Publicity Group, has 20 years of strategic,operational, financial and administrative experience within private and public companies. He is a co-founder and owner of an environmentally-friendly manufacturing company. He is also the owner of his own management consulting company, Blue Lion Consulting, Inc., and is a tremendous resource for the clients of Icon B. who are seeking to grow or manage change in their businesses. Mike excels at working with family-owned and closely-held businesses, assisting them with successfully managing their unique transition and growth issues, improving operation efficiencies and achieving cost reductions.

One of his success stories includes streamlining the operational, managerial and administrative processes for a privately-owned company that doubled its business in less than three years. Mike is highly skilled in business plan creation and implementation, capital funding, financial modeling, restructuring and high-growth organizations. He possesses extensive experience in the areas of divestitures, mergers and acquisitions, including target identification, analysis, negotiations and integrations. Mike’s unique ability to successfully integrate into a business and understand it quickly allows him to verbalize and execute a blueprint for success for his clients, as he has done with Icon B., and has made him one of the top business strategists in the Tampa area.

JenniferFrazier Jennifer Frazier

Creative Director, Senior Copywriter

With two decades of advertising experience, Jennifer Frazier is adept at developing advertising campaigns and strategic creative direction.

Working as the Creative Director at Tampa-based Denton Advertising, she furthered brand for communities such as Pelican Bay and Gateway by Westinghouse Communities (now WCI), ITT Palm Coast, and U.S. Home. A key career highlight includes the research, writing and development of the Olympic Bid for the City of Tampa’s Florida 2012 effort.

She has also been instrumental in the development of brand for University Community Hospital, Helen Ellis Hospital, Pinch A Penny, Moffitt Cancer Center, Hilton Hotels, and local, regional and national non-profits.

William York

Graphic Design

Artistic mastermind, “Sir” William, as he is known to friends and to his beloved Icon B. girls, has over 15 years of experience in the design arena, as well as being a skillful, fine artist. For the past eight years, he has been the owner of a St. Petersburg based design firm and a Senior Designer for a commercial printing company. William has added technical expertise in pre-press/print production and fine art reproduction.Because William is a true artiste and because of his passion for the visual arts, he has been involved in many community events and fundraisers on a variety of levels including serving as a board member for Gala Corina, which promotes hundreds of local visual artists and designers and is the co-founder of St. Pete Art Beat, a local artist collective that puts on annual events in the Tampa Bay area. In 2009, he was selected to represent The Rotary Foundation in a month long Group Study Exchange (GSE) program in the Philippines.

William draws his influence from artists such as William Bouguereau, Salvador Dali, Caravaggio and the Pre-Raphaelites. William’s other source of inspiration has been international travel…he has been to seven countries throughout Europe and Asia. With an eye for the panache, William creates stunning images for Icon B. clients that take their brands from great to visually striking.
